Key responsibilities:

The bearer of this position will be responsible for developing missions for Foxtrail in the geography of Portugal, which includes the following responsibilities:

• Developing narratives for new Foxtrail missions in Portugal;

Considering the start-up nature of our organization, other activities and responsibilities may arise and change over time. A change-ready and open attitude from the person holding this (and any other) role in the organization is expected and praised.

Required Competencies:

Mandatory:

• Solid Portuguese and English language proficiency in verbal, written, and listening;
• In-depth knowledge of the place (in this case, Arouca and its whereabouts) particularly trails and paths long the key attractions and landmarks;
• A networker that builds relations easily and self-confidence in trust base;
• Ability to create and write stories in alignment with the brand narrative;
• Availability for trips within the region, in order to develop new missions;
• Computer proficiency — at the user level;
• Ability to work responsibly and with autonomy with a focus on customer and results, but also in collaboration with the team.
• Eligible for the ATIVAR.PT Internship Measure promoted by IEFP.

 Desirable:

• Ability to think creatively and critically, to solve problems, networking, and communication skills;
• Any other skills including any of the following: strategic thinking, copywriting, and humor.

Education:

• Graduated in History, Communication or any close bachelor degree;
